The Board of Directors, as currently configured, consists of the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer elected by the membership to terms of two years each. Those officers serve as both officers of the Corporation and officers of the Board of Directors. In addition to the four officers there shall also be three directors, selected by the then sitting Board who represent the community at large. The background and talents of the outside directors may change from time to time as the needs of the Corporation change.
